The website presents CompEDX's services, training courses, projects, and related information. Content is provided for general information. While we keep it accurate and up to date, course details, dates, and availability may change, and the website content does not constitute a binding offer unless expressly stated.

3. User accounts

Creating an account gives you access to CompEDX's online services and account-based features of the website.

  • You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials confidential.

  • You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

  • Accounts are for your personal or organisational use; you may not share credentials or impersonate others.

  • You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at office@compedx.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are used unlawfully, or pose a security risk.

All content on this website — text, course descriptions, graphics, logos, and materials — is owned by CompEDX s. r. o. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Course materials provided to enrolled participants remain subject to the terms communicated with the relevant course.

The website may embed or link to third-party content (for example, OpenStreetMap). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services; their own terms apply.

7. Liability

We provide this website free of charge and "as is". To the extent permitted by law:

  • we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website;

  • we are not liable for damage caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, or for indirect damages arising from use of the website.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including under Slovak consumer protection law. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
